With all due respect pastors, this post is a bit of a joke. Sorry you weren’t in on it.
Hey, I attend Mt. Zion Baptist Church Nashville,TN. We have 21,000+ members with 3 locations. The key to a mega church falls under these things: Music & Worship Arts Ministry, they minister through song and seeks the total person, Protocol, works with many people within the ministry, and makes sure the order of each service is to flow smooth, Prayer, it is a MAJOR part of a mega church, God must be in everything, he Gets the Glory, the pastor should be focused on feeding the word and his family. When you have a mega ministry, they shouldnt have to much to worry about. Summary: Set your house in order, make sure the Music is good, most people who are 1st time saints to come to a church, are coming to experience the music or to look at how things flow, make sure your Flock Leaders, Protocol Team, etc. has meetings respectively before each service, these is to keep your service uninterputed. Be Blessed (:
It not music, its the message, true worship, believing and standing on God word. What’s the point of the maga ministry, if your number 1 goal is not saving souls. That’s how you build a mega ministry. Be blessed
