Submissions

Not About Religion eagerly accepts submission for all departments. If you would like to submit an article, essay, story, poem, or blog post, the best way is to submit a query using the following form. In the query, please include:

1. your first and last name, as well as your pen name (if applicable)
2. a brief description of the piece, including word count
3. a brief bio which will be published along with your piece

We will reply to your query in a timely manner, usually within 2 business days.

If we decide to publish you, you will retain full rights to the piece. If the piece has been published elsewhere previously, please make sure you still own all the rights.
Any edits we make will be cleared with you before publication. We cannot pay you for your submission, but we will provide a link to your personal or professional website.
